Walk House is a secure development of nine apartments situated on Mile End Road and overlooking the campus of Queen Mary University of London.

Our accommodation is offered to students on a flat-share basis with all utilities plus broadband included in the rent.

All our rooms are fitted out with custom built furniture, under-bed storage, desks, book shelving, wardrobes with a personal fridge compartment so everyone has their own food storage.
	Some rooms have en-suite shower rooms and we also offer rooms that share a shower room between two students which is more economical and a very popular choice amongst our tenants.
Kitchens are equipped with washer/dryers, granite worktops, integrated oven and hob plus extra freezer storage for students to share.
On the ground floor of our building we have a Sainsbury’s Local store and locally there are a number of inexpensive cafés and restaurants serving good quality food.

Tenancies tend to start in the middle of September, offered on a fifty one week term.
